Information presented on this website describes our general sewer camera inspection services. The specific scope, limitations and terms of an inspection are governed by the inspection agreement applicable to that service.

Inspection Limitations

A sewer camera inspection is a visual inspection of accessible portions of the sewer line at the time of the inspection. Conditions including access limitations, pipe configuration, standing water, blockages, debris, damaged piping or other obstructions may prevent inspection of the entire sewer line.

The inspection does not guarantee the future performance of the sewer system and does not determine conditions that are not visible or accessible during the inspection.

Sewer Line Location

When sewer line locating services are requested, locations and depths are approximate and are based on the detectable position of the camera transmitter under conditions existing at the time of the inspection. Locating results should not be considered a substitute for professional utility locating or excavation verification.
